The situation and requirements
The six restaurants used to prepare paper vouchers on site in a labour- and time-intensive process. There was no universally valid group voucher or automated online sales. A central administration as well as accounting and statistical collection between the companies was desired.
The incert portal system introduced individual vouchers per restaurant as well as a cross-business value voucher, optimally covering the offerings of the Figlmüller Group. The solution covers both online and on-site sales: print@home vouchers, products and gift cards can be ordered around the clock in the responsive online shop. The gift cards can also be obtained in the restaurants and are easily and quickly charged via the cash registers.
In addition to the sales system, the incert campaign system is also used. Free vouchers can be downloaded on the landing page. This generates additional newsletter recipients and brings new guests to the restaurants. The evaluation of such downloads and the validation of the vouchers provide information on the success of a campaign.
An automated sales solution for online and on-site sales with interfaces to all restaurant cash registers simplified the processes at Figlmüller enormously and also increased sales. Furthermore, the campaign system rendered the success of marketing campaigns transparent and measurable.
