Simply selling transport services is an outdated concept. These days, cable car tickets are combined with winter and summer experiences including gastronomy offers on the mountain. True mountain experiences, as a gift. Incert ensures that such vouchers can be redeemed in the entire region. Either via an interface at the cashiers or turnstiles in the valley and at the mountain restaurant, or even by app at the ski guide or snow-groomer driver with the incert mobile app. In addition to redeeming on site, guests can also pay with vouchers in the online ticket shop, and thanks to the connection to admission systems, peak times can be absorbed and queues at the ticket counters reduced.
With incert, we have found a system that on the one hand is mature and tested, and on the other still allows for entrepreneurial flexibility. The prompt and very high competence level of the support team is especially important for us as a year-round company.
