A link in your reservation confirmation leads to the down payment interface with your hotel logo and photo. Once there, your guest can automatically complete the transaction via connections to credit card payment systems, Klarna or PayPal. An e-mail is sent to the guest as well as to the reception to confirm the down payment.
Extension of the interface to hotel system
By means of an interface to your hotel system, the available data such as arrival and departure dates, required deposit payment amount, reservation number etc. are already filled out in the deposit payment form. After successful completion, deposit payments are posted directly to the respective reservation in the PMS.
In addition to the voucher system and the deposit system, we have also been successfully using the incert guest loyalty system for many years now. The interfaces to the hotel’s property management system enable the quick and easy checking and validation of vouchers. Voucher sales are automatically booked and also deposits allocated straight to the corresponding booking. Club members are accordingly rewarded for on-site sales. incert also supports us professionally in regards to online marketing and manages our Google campaigns.

Since we've been using incert's deposit system, our guests tend to transfer funds much more quickly. Yes. If you wish, you can receive a copy of the down payment confirmation by e-mail. This way, you are always informed about the down payments. The money is transferred to your account by your payment partner. If you also have an incert sales system (voucher system, gift card system, ticket system, shop system), the administration area there will provide you with an overview of all down payment transactions.
By using interfaces to some hotel systems (Fidelio, GMS Felix, Gastrodat, Elite), down payments can be directly transferred to the hotel programme or be filed with the respective reservation.
No. The down payment takes place online directly through the credit card payment or instant transfer. If you use an incert sales system, the existing payment contracts can also be used for the down payment system.
Not necessarily. You can also define a fixed amount for down payments in your system; this will then be pre-filled in the online form. Combined with a PMS interface, the requested down payment amount can also be calculated automatically by the system using a percentage number and the booking amount.
