Frequently asked questions about the incert product shop
Yes. Depending on which modules you have activated in your incert sales system, you can sell products, coupons, gift cards, tickets and subscriptions at the same time.
You can currently choose freely from more than 25 payment connections. In addition to the classical PSP connections, we also have direct connections to Klarna, PayPal or AmazonPay. You can find a complete list of current payment connections at Interfaces and partnerships.
Coupons administered and sold through the incert sales systems can be deducted as a means of payment in the shopping cart for the purchase of other products. Remaining amounts are paid as usual through the order process using the connected payment methods.
Yes. In addition to the simple representation of product attributes like colours, sizes etc., articles can also be represented as different versions. So-called “variant articles” are entered for the different product versions. The separate management of these product versions is very useful for statistics and lists as well as for interface connections, for instance to inventory management systems.
Yes. Individual products can be gathered together in various “bundle” products. The available number of items is always based on the availability of the individual products. As soon as an individual product is no longer available, the corresponding bundle is also no longer offered for sale. The bundle price can be defined independently of the individual prices of the products included in the set.
Generally from the inventory management system or cashier system on site. By default, a purchase confirmation is generated by the shop system itself. Should there be a need to have the purchase confirmation serve as invoice, this can also be requested. If necessary due to cash sales on site, you can optionally also get a digital cash register for the shop system from us.
Yes. When entering products you can define an available number of articles. The shop system then sells the corresponding article until the stock level is “0”. If products are “sold out”, they are indicated as such in the shop system’s sales interfaces and can no longer be ordered online.
