Frequently asked questions about the campaign system

Can I use the marketing system with vouchers independently as a stand-alone system?

In principle, yes. The campaign system can be installed on its own. But if you already use incert’s voucher management system, voucher creation can be used immediately and does not need to be separately configured.

How quickly can the campaign system go live?

Quite quickly. The system is designed for quick, independent installation. We even offer a test installation as part of a concrete test campaign for the processing of codes in an offline or digital marketing campaign.

What incentives can be delivered through the vouchers?

In principle, you can enter the codes with freely selectable values or percentage discounts. In addition, when designing the vouchers you are free to print all types of services that you wish to give the guest on site as an incentive, e.g. an additional night, overnight stay bonus, free beauty applications, personal training etc.

How do validation, redeeming and evaluation of the campaign work?

The activation of all codes are recorded in the marketing system. This enables views, activated codes, voucher downloads and redeeming on site to be easily and efficiently viewed. The vouchers themselves have a barcode/QR code printed on them; this can be verified and validated with incert via a browser or app. Simple, mobile and independent of location.
