With the Loyalty Premium version, you don't just reward for on-site sales and recommendations to friends and family. There are numerous other reasons to reward your guest: for signing up to the newsletter, by announcing interests or anniversaries, for birthdays, for uploading photos to the regular guest gallery, for online purchases of vouchers, tickets or products or by booking the next stay directly via your website. Points are automatically booked to the club profile for this purpose and can then be exchanged for free vouchers in the rewards world.

Frequently asked questions about the incert Loyalty.Suite system

The incert Basic guest loyalty system comes with simple and successful functions. Your Club members collect points for stays, for completing their profile information or for recommending you. Loyalty Basic is a simple cash-back version, where the collected points are transformed into a value coupon.

The incert Premium guest loyalty system comes with many functions. Your Club members can collect points in a large variety of ways: for stays and sales, recommending you to friends, registering to the newsletter, stating their interests or anniversaries, on their birthday, for online purchases of coupons or products, or for directly booking their next stay through your website. Collected points can be redeemed in the rewards universe that you have created. In addition to classical value coupons, free coupons for upgrades, massages or an unforgettable experience at one of your partner businesses provide an excellent incentive to return. You decide what reward coupons there are and how many points need to be collected for each.

In addition to the functions above, you can also set up a Club gallery for emotional connection or use our communication tool to stay in constant contact. You can also administer you guest list with a personal guest card or launch a one-time campaign.

A quick and easy introduction to the world of guest loyalty is available out of the box. The basic functions and activities to collect and reward your guests are already present in our loyalty systems. We adapt the modern, user-friendly default design to your CI/CD.

The editing of content elements takes place in a specific CMS (content management system). This allows you to easily edit texts and headlines in the editor, insert icons, upload photos or link texts. You will receive a webinar training on this topic and can also find many instructions in our incert client area.

A series of data sources can be connected to incert’s guest loyalty system. For example, stays and sales on site can be automatically rewarded based on the departure date (from PMS systems like Fidelio, ASA, Aida, GastroDat, Felix GMS). Links to CRM systems like Dailypoint or Numbirds or customer data platforms like Pimcore, Saleforce, etc. are also possible. Alternatively, your guests can register their stays through a simple online interface and so request their points.
