Quite quickly. The incert Express voucher system is designed to be set up by you. With the help of the online instructions or instructional videos, all configurations can be carried out in one day. Once you have connected to your desired online payment systems, the shop can go live.
No. Our systems are designed for ease of use and are set up and used by receptionists, hotel and restaurant owners, accountants and marketing experts. We provide compact instructions and instructional videos. Before going online, you and your staff can test all processes and functions. Should certain issues still be unclear in operational use, our customer support team will be happy to help you via e-mail.
Easy. incert Express is a Do-It-Yourself voucher system. With the help of our instructions and videos, you can fill your shop with your texts and an unlimited number of vouchers.
No. Using your images and logo, we create a total of 10 voucher templates that you are free to use as often as you'd like. But what about individualised templates? No problem - as an upgrade, we can also integrate voucher templates from your agency in the Express system.
No. The number of vouchers that you can sell in your shop is not restricted. With the 10 templates that we provide, you can set up as many vouchers as you'd like. Optionally, you can of course also request additional templates from us.
The incert Express voucher system is designed to be an inexpensive and simple starter version. For this reason, connections to accounting, hotel or cashier systems are generally not provided. If interfaces are a major criterion in the choice of your ideal voucher system, we recommend our incert Professional voucher system. If you start with our Express system and later decide that you need a connection via interfaces due to the large sales volume, we offer a simple and inexpensive switch to the Professional system that imports all the existing data.
