System in CHF or multi-currency option

By default, payments in our Swiss systems are processed in CHF. Tax rates for voucher packages, tickets and products can be stored flexibly and in accordance with legal requirements in the administration area. For companies that also extend their feelers to Germany, Austria or the rest of the EU, it is also possible to process payments in EUR with the multi-currency module.

Purchase on account: Import via Post Finance

Even though purchase on account is increasingly being pushed back by credit cards and payments such as Twint or Postfinance, it is still a popular means of payment in Switzerland – even in eCommerce. incert takes this fact into account (pun intended) and offers prepayment via Swiss-QR. In the case of a digital voucher purchase, the guest does not receive the voucher immediately, but first a PDF with Swiss-QR in order to be able to conveniently transfer the outstanding amount. It is possible to import incoming payments via Postfinance using a .csv file. After the import, the system compares the incoming payments with the open orders and automatically sends out the paid vouchers.

Multilingualism with AI support

Offering your store in German, English, Italian and French is not only no problem, it is desirable. We have the necessary buttons, tags and e-mail components available in all 4 languages. The products with texts and descriptions still have to be maintained in the respective language. BUT, this is where our exciting AI feature (Microsoft Azure) shines for translations in the administration area. With one click, you can translate product descriptions and meta tags from your standard language – even the formatting is preserved. With incert, your guests not only buy high-quality vouchers, but also tickets and physical products in one and the same online store. We call it a multi-goods basket and it allows guests to buy, for example, a print@home voucher and a bottle of sparkling wine at the same time. In this case, the voucher will be delivered digitally immediately (if “purchase on account” has not been selected) and you will receive a message with the order details for shipping the bottle of sparkling wine.

Article maintenance and statistical evaluation for vouchers, tickets and products also take place in a central administration system with one login.
