What you do with us
- You will manage customer projects in the areas of eCommerce and customer loyalty. You can also be involved in key account projects.
- You coordinate between customers, sales, design and development
- You keep track of timelines and resources and ensure qualitative and efficient implementation
- You support and advise customers during and after project implementation
- You service existing customers and support our B2B customer support team
This is what we want from you
- Tourism/economic or technical training. Ideally completed studies
- First experience with IT or web projects
- High quality awareness, good organizational skills, reliability and independence
- Interest in and basic understanding of the web and e-commerce from a technical and business perspective
- Strong curiosity and willingness to familiarize yourself with new tools and technologies
- Communicative personality who enjoys contact with customers
