Existing systems, new requirements
Caravan Park Sexten has been using incert’s world of vouchers with a combination of value and service vouchers since 2014. The 5-star campsite pursues a clear digital strategy to continuously improve the guest experience. In 2017, a loyalty program was therefore introduced in three languages (D, EN and IT), which laid the foundation for sustainable customer loyalty. With the increasing need for personalized communication and direct interaction with existing customers, the Caravan Park decided to comprehensively relaunch its Member Club in 2020.

Individual customer approach, automated and integrated
The new loyalty solution was completely redesigned and technically modernized with incert in 2020. The focus is on a multilingual member club system that enables personalized communication, individual voucher campaigns and targeted loyalty measures. The integration of the ReGuest communication tool facilitates targeted communication with guests – for example through automated welcome emails, anniversary greetings or exclusive offers for registered members.
Thanks to a direct API connection to existing systems (e.g. ASA, Namaris), both guests and the team on site benefit from smooth processes. The admin area has been designed so that all voucher sales, loyalty activities and marketing campaigns can be managed centrally – digitally, efficiently and user-friendly.

Partners & interfaces
Digitally networked
Thanks to incert’s open technology, numerous partner solutions have been integrated over the years. These include the real-time interface to ASA for automatic validation and synchronization, the cash register system connection to Naramis since 2023 for automated billing and ReGuest for personalized guest communication as part of loyalty communication. Raiffeisenbank and Instant bank transfer have also been integrated into the voucher store for secure payment processing. In addition, the IBE is connected via Seekda (Kognitiv) for data synchronization.
