Since the 2022/2023 winter season, the Schladming-Dachstein tourism region has been relying on incert technology for guest loyalty. With the implementation of the product store, the entire module package has now been put into operation – consisting of a voucher, gift card, ticket, reservation and loyalty system.

The aim was to create a fully integrated setup that works across all channels, automates processes and responds to individual requirements.

Technological core: New VUE front end for all modules

With the rollout of the new VUE front-end interfaces, a consistent technology stack was implemented across all sales and service channels. The new architecture brings:

  • Fast loading times thanks to smart routing technology
  • SEO-friendly structuring for higher visibility
  • Modern UI components for a clear, mobile-optimized interface
  • Uniform UX logic across vouchers, tickets, store & loyalty

The solution is based on the incert framework with Vue.js and is designed for performance and scalability in a tourism context.

SSO user profile & data consolidation

A central element is the new single sign-on user profile, which bundles the following functions in one interface:

  • Ticket & voucher management
  • Points & Euro purchases within the bonus club
  • Complete profile data incl. activity history
  • Integration of external providers via open interfaces

All user interactions thus run across all channels via a central profile – an important prerequisite for consistent rights management, targeted addressing and system enhancements.

Loyalty system with event integration & additional logic

The loyalty platform (FürDich Club) is deeply integrated with the ticket and store system. It maps extended application logics, including

  • Pre-purchase rights for selected events (according to points level)
  • Individual prices for club members
  • Entry of participant data (e.g. shoe size) directly in the checkout
  • Bonus logics for recommendations, internal promotions & training

Employees in the region are also involved – via their own employer loyalty logic with bookable team events and further training directly in the ticket system.

Conclusion: Fully integrated platform with future potential

With the setup in Schladming-Dachstein, a fully networked, expandable eCommerce & loyalty system was created. It not only reflects the current requirements of a destination, but is also designed in such a way that it can flexibly support future integrations and usage scenarios.
