Since the 2022/2023 winter season, the Schladming-Dachstein tourism region has been relying on incert technology for guest loyalty. With the implementation of the product store, the entire module package has now been put into operation – consisting of a voucher, gift card, ticket, reservation and loyalty system.
The aim was to create a fully integrated setup that works across all channels, automates processes and responds to individual requirements.
Technological Core: New Front End for All Modules
With the rollout of the new front-end interfaces , incert has implemented a unified technology stack across all of its sales and service channels. The new architecture offers:
- Fast loading times thanks to smart routing technology
- SEO-friendly structuring for higher visibility
- Modern UI components for a clear, mobile-optimized interface
- Uniform UX logic across vouchers, tickets, store & loyalty
The solution is based on the incert framework with Vue.js and is designed for performance and scalability in the tourism sector.

The FürDich Club profile as the central entry point
With the new integration, the FürDich Club profile becomes the central hub for the Schladming-Dachstein loyalty program. In addition, there is also comprehensive integration with other partner platforms, such as the booking platform. Members no longer start from a separate Bonuswelt homepage, but directly from their personal profile.
From there, they can navigate directly to the club’s various features. Selected sections such as
- Premiums,
- Invoice scan,
- Reward vouchers or
- Tickets
are directly linked to the corresponding subpages of the incert Loyalty integration.

Go directly from the profile to the desired feature
Existing direct links will also remain usable: Specific Bonuswelt pages will automatically redirect to the corresponding integrated subpage . If a member is not logged in, they will first log in via single sign-on in collaboration with valantic Austria and then be redirected back to the original destination.
This also applies to less visible areas such as the invoice scan, bus promotion, or individual challenges: Direct access is still possible and leads immediately to the respective destination after logging in.
For members, the technical integration remains largely behind the scenes. For them, this creates a cohesive digital club experience within the Schladming-Dachstein website.

Key Features and Benefits
D
- Track day visitors. Guests can register using the QR code on tickets or restaurant bills—no app or login required.
- Points as a form of payment: redeemable online or in person at the destination
- Encouraging Gamification & Interaction: Check-ins at specific locations, challenges, or photo contests at POIs create incentives to come back
- Generate more revenue: A particularly effective approach is to combine this with a ticketing system for bundled summer packages—such as round-trip transportation and dining—which not only offer the opportunity to upsell experiences and culinary offerings on the mountain
- Automated marketing: thanks to data-driven insights into guest behavior generated by the loyalty system.
Loyalty system with event integration & additional logic
The loyalty platform (FürDich Club) is deeply integrated with the ticketing and store systems. This allows for a wide range of use cases, including:
- Pre-sale rights for select events (based on point level)
- Special prices for club members
- Entry of participant data (e.g. shoe size) directly in the checkout
- Bonus Structures for Recommendations, Internal Promotions, and Training
Employees in the region are also involved through a dedicated employer loyalty program that offers bookable team events and training sessions directly within the ticketing system.

Conclusion: Integrated platform with centralized user guidance
The setup in Schladming-Dachstein resulted in a fully integrated, scalable e-commerce and loyalty system. The FürDich Club profile serves as the central entry point, connecting the individual loyalty features to the destination’s existing website.
Members can go directly from their profile to the desired application. At the same time, specific pages remain accessible via existing direct links—including automatic login and redirection to the original destination.
As a result, the platform not only meets the destination’s current requirements; it also provides a technical foundation upon which further integrations, features, and use cases can be built.
