“Digital” is practical and contemporary. However, when it comes to gift vouchers, there will always be occasions for which a “haptic” gift is preferred. For this reason, gift vouchers from the incert system can also be printed and produced with different packaging.
On request, our partner print shop can take over the production of the voucher as well as the fastest possible dispatch in the highest quality. In the incert voucher world, the buyer can choose the desired packaging and postal delivery for the selected voucher. This means that the printing and dispatch of orders by post no longer has to be handled by your employees on site.

There are three types of voucher packaging to start with, which the guest can choose freely and receive in a neutral gift motif:

Procedure in the check-out process
When purchasing an A4 voucher, the buyer selects the desired packaging option and the shipping method“Postal delivery“. Once the purchase has been completed, all the necessary information is automatically sent to our partner print shop. They will take care of the printing, packaging and shipping. One neutral envelope is sent to the specified delivery address for each order.
The proof of purchase will be sent to the buyer by email as before.
Of course, every company that is connected to the lettershop service can view the current orders and their dispatch status via a login at the print shop.
Important: Gift card and product orders are still excluded from processing for the time being. This means that Lettershop shipping methods are only displayed if there are only A4 vouchers in the shopping cart.
Costs
We are happy to set up the lettershop connection free of charge for all Professional customers. The costs for the production and dispatch of the vouchers are borne by the voucher purchaser. Depending on the selection made (Basic, Premium, Exclusive), the costs are automatically added to the incert-Shop order.
