Initial situation
As part of a website relaunch, not only was the design to be given a makeover, but usability for guests was also to be improved. Previously, it was not possible to sell tickets or gift cards digitally. This was to change and relieve the burden on hotel and spa staff. A key element was the seamless integration of several interfaces to existing systems, in particular the interaction with the reservation program (AIDA) and the POS system (Companion), whereby the latter had to be completely reconnected.

Solution
incert’s solution offers an automated voucher and gift card system for efficient online ticket bookings that reduces manual processes. With six interfaces for seamless data transfer, it integrates vouchers into a user-friendly, brand-adapted front end. Customers enjoy flexible Print@home vouchers and a wide range of tickets, including the exclusive NOVA wellness package for the ultimate wellness experience.

Partners & interfaces
Thanks to the Companion checkout validation interface and the interface to AIDA, vouchers, gift cards and tickets can be validated and checked directly in the PMS and used for billing. In addition, integration with the Webhotels CRM system and the Wellcard POS API took place.
