Is the voucher created by incert?

Your project team member creates a sample voucher and a sample package voucher as a copy template. You can adapt these as you wish and continuously expand your voucher offer. If you don’t have time to fill your voucher store, we can take care of the data maintenance for you – just ask us.

Is the system easy to expand?

Yes. incert Professional provides you with the technical basis for many other sales systems that can be expanded on a modular basis. You can easily add gift cards, a product store, ticket system, interfaces and much more to your system. The shared use of payment contracts and the central recording of all sales in lists and journals create valuable synergies and cost benefits.

Can I have my vouchers customized?

Yes, we will provide you or your graphics agency with a compact style guide with design guidelines and sample vouchers and will coordinate directly with your agency on request. You decide whether your vouchers are designed in portrait or landscape format. All templates are adapted to your corporate design.

Is the system directly integrated into my website?

Yes, we provide your web agency with the voucher system as an iFrame for easy integration into your website. We will be happy to advise you on the optimal linking to increase the number of hits. The appearance of the voucher store is adapted to your brand image and web design and fits seamlessly into your website.

Is IT knowledge required for creation & use?

No. Our systems are designed for ease of use and are used by receptionists, hoteliers, restaurant owners, accountants and marketing professionals. We will be happy to coordinate the integration on your website directly with your web agency. A test phase is planned before the online launch, during which you can familiarize yourself with all the processes – from issuing to redemption. If any questions arise during operation, our support team will help you by e-mail, telephone or MS Teams. We are also happy to assist you with the maintenance and optimization of your voucher offer.

How long does the installation take?

Experience has shown that the implementation of a voucher system takes around six weeks. At the beginning, we draw up a roadmap together with all the important to-dos and documents. Your personal project manager will guide you through all the steps, show you the system and maintenance and work with you to develop your own high-selling voucher world.

What turnover can be expected from voucher sales?

The success of voucher sales depends largely on linking the voucher system to your website and integrating it into your overall marketing. We are happy to advise you on this and regularly provide tips in our newsletters and free webinars.

Are interfaces to external systems possible?

Yes, you can link your guest loyalty system to various data sources. PMS systems such as Fidelio, ASA, Aida, GastroDat or Felix GMS can be used to automatically record and reward stays and sales. Connections to CRM systems such as Dailypoint, Numbirds or platforms such as Pimcore or Salesforce are also possible. Alternatively, guests can register their stays themselves via an online interface to claim points.

Is there a limit on the number of vouchers?

No. There is no limit to the number of vouchers you can sell in your store. With the ten templates provided, you can create as many vouchers as you like. You can optionally order additional templates from us.

Do I need an agency to design the voucher?

No. We use your images and logo to create ten voucher templates that you can use as often as you like. If you would like individual templates, we can also add designs from your agency as an upgrade to the Express system.

How does the maintenance of texts and vouchers work?

It’s simple. incert Express is a do-it-yourself voucher system. With our instructions and videos , you can fill your store with your texts and as many vouchers as you like.

Is IT knowledge required for the setup?

No. Our systems are designed for ease of use and can be set up without special IT knowledge. They are used by receptionists, hoteliers, restaurant owners, accountants and marketing professionals. You receive compact instructions and videos that allow you to test all processes and functions before going online. If you have any questions during operation, our support team will be happy to assist you by email.

How quickly can an Express Shop go live?

Quite quickly. The incert Express voucher system is designed so that you can set it up yourself. With the help of the online instructions and videos, you can make all the settings in one day. Once your desired online payments have been connected, the store can go live.

How do I load the gift cards?

You can load the desired value onto the card via your web login or the incert app and issue it to the guest. Optional cash register interfaces enable quick loading directly at the cash register terminal. Alternatively, cards can also be produced that are already provided with a fixed value – in this case, only one activation is necessary.

Are gift cards also suitable for sale at several locations?

Gift cards are very easy and efficient to handle and are therefore particularly suitable for sales in branches and outlets. The cards can be assigned to the various branches in advance by the head office. The card then only needs to be activated and loaded on site.

Is the incert voucher system a prerequisite for the gift card system?

No. You can integrate the gift cards into your voucher world for online sales or use them as a stand-alone solution for on-site sales.

Who produces my gift cards?

You can commission your preferred print shop with the production. We will be happy to support you with tips on production or advise you on choosing a suitable print shop.

Can the guest check the current card balance?

Guests can use their card number to call up their current credit balance and all card details online. You can also view the credit balance at any time in the administration area and provide your guests with information.

Can the cards be used more than once?

Yes, the existing balance can be topped up at any time. Fully redeemed gift cards can be assigned to a new holder and reloaded. All transactions are automatically archived and can be retrieved at any time.

How does ticket redemption work?

In many ways – but always simple. You can redeem tickets via the web login, with the incert app or via existing cash register or access systems on site. Thanks to numerous interfaces, the ticket system can be used flexibly – in the hotel, cable car, leisure or thermal spa sector.

Can I also use the ticket system for on-site sales?

Yes, of course. You can use your web login to view current sales stands and issue tickets internally. On-site sales automatically reduce the available quota in the online store. You can also block allotments or reserve tickets in advance – for groups, for example.

Is the sale of vouchers a prerequisite for ticket sales?

No. The incert ticket system can also be operated as a stand-alone ticket store. It offers you an extensive administration area with buyer lists and sales quotas. You can create new events at any time and evaluate past sales with journals and statistics.

Can I combine a ticket system with my online voucher sales?

Yes, in combination with your incert voucher system, there are valuable synergies. Existing cash register connections, interfaces in hotel programs or payment connections can also be used for ticket sales and ticket redemption. Existing vouchers can also be used as a means of payment in the ticket store.

How exactly can I control the maximum utilization?

Completely individual. You can set a maximum number of participants for each event date and divide them into different ticket categories with different prices. Each category can also have its own maximum limits. This allows you to control exactly how many discounted tickets are available for each event. Availability is displayed in the online store – low availability or sold-out dates can be highlighted automatically.

Will the ticket system be integrated into my website?

Yes. incert’s ticket system can be easily integrated into your website via an iFrame and visually adapted to your design. Alternatively, you can also opt for an independent ticket store (stand-alone) with a customized layout.

Can a saleable quantity be set at item level?

Yes, you can define an available quantity for each product. The store system automatically sells items up to stock level “0”. As soon as a product is sold out, it is marked accordingly in the online store and can no longer be ordered.

How and where is the accounting done?

Invoicing is always carried out via your local merchandise management or cash register system. By default, the store system creates a purchase confirmation. If desired, this can be issued as an invoice. For cash sales on site, you can optionally integrate a digital cash register from incert.

Can product combinations such as a gift basket be sold in the store system?

Yes, you can combine individual products to create so-called “bundle products”, such as a gift basket. The available quantity always depends on the stocks of the individual products included. If a component is sold out, the entire bundle is automatically deactivated. The bundle price can be defined independently of the individual prices.

Can different product versions be sold in the store system?

Yes, in addition to displaying simple product attributes such as color or size, you can also create articles as variants. Each variant is managed as a separate item (“variant item”). This is ideal for precise statistics, clear stock lists and interface connections – for example to merchandise management systems.

Can vouchers also be redeemed for product purchases?

Yes, vouchers that you sell in the incert sales system can be used as a means of payment in the shopping cart. Remaining amounts are paid automatically during the order process using the selected payment methods.

Which payment methods are available in the incert store system?

You can currently choose from over 25 payment connections. In addition to classic PSP connections, direct connections to Klarna, PayPal or Amazon Pay are also available. You can find a complete list of all available payment methods on our “Interfaces & partners” page.

Can I also sell articles and products via my existing incert sales system?

Yes, depending on which modules are activated in your incert sales system, you can sell products, vouchers, gift cards, tickets or subscriptions at the same time.

Do guests have to be informed of the required deposit amount?

Not necessarily. You can enter a fixed down payment amount in the system, which is automatically pre-filled in the online form. In combination with a PMS interface, the required amount is calculated automatically based on a percentage and the total booking amount.

Do guests have to be informed of the bank details?

No. The down payment is made online – by credit card or instant bank transfer. If you already use an incert sales system, your existing payment contracts can also be used for the down payment system.

Does the deposit have to be deducted manually from the invoice?

No. Thanks to interfaces to various hotel systems (e.g. Fidelio, GMS Felix, Gastrodat or Elite), down payments are automatically transferred to the hotel program and stored with the respective reservation.

Will I be informed about current advance payments?

Yes, if you wish, you will receive a copy of the deposit confirmation by e-mail so that you are always kept informed. Your payment partner will transfer the money directly to your account. If you also use an incert sales system (e.g. voucher, gift card, ticket or store system), you will find an overview of all down payment transactions in the administration area.

Are interfaces to external systems possible?

A range of data sources can be connected to incert’s guest loyalty system. Based on departure data (from PMS systems such as Fidelio, ASA, Aida, GastroDat, Felix GMS), for example, stays and sales on site can be automatically rewarded. Linking to CRM systems such as Dailypoint, Numbirds or customer data platforms such as Pimcore, Saleforce, etc. is possible. Alternatively, your guests can use a simple online interface to register their stays for rewards and claim points.

How does the maintenance of texts, premiums and images work?

Your content is maintained in the integrated CMS system. There you can edit texts, headings and icons, upload images and create links – easily and without any prior technical knowledge. You will receive training via webinar and will find numerous instructions in the incert customer area.

How quickly can a customer loyalty system be implemented?

Getting started with your guest loyalty system is quick and easy. The basic functions for collecting and rewarding your guests are already integrated. We will adapt the modern, user-friendly standard design to your corporate design.

What other options does the Loyalty Professional version offer?

In addition to the existing functions, you can expand the management of your guests with personal guest cards or special campaigns – ideal for individually addressing and retaining your regular guests.

What are the functionalities of the incert Loyalty Professional Club?

The incert Loyalty Professional system offers you extensive functions. Your club members can collect points in a variety of ways – for example through stays, sales, referrals, newsletter registrations, interests, birthdays, online purchases of vouchers or products and by booking their next stay directly via your website. The points you collect can be redeemed in your individual rewards world: In addition to classic value vouchers, you can also offer free vouchers for upgrades, massages or special experiences at partner businesses. You decide which rewards are available and how many points are required.

What functions does the incert of the Loyalty Express Club have?

The incert Express guest loyalty system offers you simple and effective functions. Your club members collect points for stays, filling in profile data or recommendations. With Loyalty Express, the points collected are converted into vouchers as a cash-back option.

How are the campaign validated, redeemed and evaluated?

All activations and redemptions are recorded centrally in the incert marketing system. This allows you to easily track access, activated codes, downloads and redemptions. Each voucher contains a barcode or QR code, which can be validated and validated via browser or app – mobile, location-independent and efficient.

What incentives and incentives can be played out via coupons and vouchers?

You can store codes flexibly with free value amounts or percentage discounts. You have complete freedom when it comes to the design: you can print any services as an incentive – such as an extra night, an overnight stay bonus, free beauty treatments or personal training.

How quickly can the campaign system go live?

Pretty quick. The campaign system is designed for independent and fast installation. If you wish, you can carry out your own test installation as part of a specific test campaign – ideal for processing codes in offline or online marketing campaigns.

Can I use the campaign system with vouchers independently as a separate system?

Yes, you can use the campaign system independently as a separate system. If you already use an incert voucher system, the existing voucher system can be used directly – a separate setup is then not necessary.

Which channels do the incert eCommerce campaigns serve?

We place ads for you on Google Ads in the search and display network (including YouTube) as well as on Facebook and Instagram. The formats range from responsive image and text combinations to videos and dynamic product ads that make your offer visible exactly where your target groups are active.

How long before seasonal events should the application be launched?

For seasonal campaigns such as Christmas, Valentine’s Day or Mother’s Day, we recommend starting 4-6 weeks before the event. In this way, voucher campaigns in particular reach the peak of willingness to buy in good time and can be scaled up in a targeted manner during the hot phase.

How long does it take to plan & create an eCommerce campaign?

The planning and implementation of an eCommerce campaign takes around two weeks, depending on the scope.
During this time, target groups, keywords, advertising media and tracking structures are defined, coordinated and technically implemented.
Our campaign managers ensure that everything is set up properly right from the start – from the ad formats and conversion tracking to the budget settings.
With existing setups or recurring campaigns, the campaign can be launched much faster.
