Solution approach 1
Setting up a separate voucher system for the second company, with identical functionalities or supplementary modules
For example, from the product store or ticket system. This individual system would then be completely autonomous and independent (exact statistical separation) from the partner system.
A few practical examples:
- The VELA companies operate hotels on the Baltic Sea, including The Breeze and Bernstein Prerow, with their own separate voucher systems: Prerequisites included an exact statistical separation and their own complete CI/CD.
- Other individual systems that are linked to each other include the Mondi Hotels and the Aldiana operations.

Solution approach 2
A subshop decoupling from the leading “main voucher store”.
The subshop technology provides the technical basis for the integration and tracking of the voucher system on an external site (website of the second hotel). A separate category with specially definable vouchers for the new hotel or business serves as the start page of the subshop.
The subshop decoupling option is basically designed to integrate the same store again on a second (visually different) website. This is particularly suitable if there is joint accounting and centralized marketing for the businesses (e.g. same GmbH). The sales can thus be shown separately, as there is a separate order type “Subshop order” in the system order list.
Practical examples:
- Hotel Deimann has the main voucher store from which incert has created a sub-shop link with separate billing and connection logic for the second business, Hotel Störmann.
- Vienna House Andel’s Berlin has different subshop displays for its four in-house restaurants. IMPORTANT: In the background, this is a central store (same general terms and conditions, same payment contract for incoming payments, as the same operating company). Everything can be set up separately on request.
- A sub-shop has also been set up at the Schlosshotel Fleesensee for the Maremüritz marina resort, as well as for the Torfhaus with the sub-shop for the Schierke Harzresort.

Conclusion
In the end, it is a strategic or financial/administrative decision as to whether to decouple from the existing system or create a separate system.
