The success of the voucher system is evident in several areas. The online store is very simple and self-explanatory for our customers, which makes the purchase process noticeably easier.
Our members also benefit from the changeover, as they can now accept and redeem vouchers easily. In addition, billing has become much simpler, which significantly reduces our administrative workload.

Overall, there is significantly less need for explanation among both customers and members. This is a clear sign of the system’s user friendliness

Which specific functions or offers of your voucher system have proven to be particularly effective?
The user-friendly design of the store, which enables both print@home and postal delivery, including intelligent shopping cart rules for our special envelopes (voucher envelopes with various slogans) and brochures (pub guide) has proven to be particularly effective. In general, vouchers can be purchased and redeemed easily, which significantly increases acceptance.

Digital billing also saves a lot of time and reduces administrative effort. In the future, there is potential for additional modules such as the free couponing module.

Has the number of vouchers sold increased since the system was introduced? Or is there feedback from your partner companies?
Sales volume figures are still being evaluated. However, the initial mood is very good:
Feedback from partner companies has been very positive. Particular praise has been given to the intuitive handling and low effort required in day-to-day business.

We have received very positive feedback on incert from the industry, which has reinforced our decision.

How would you describe your daily work with the incert system?
Working with the system on a daily basis is very pleasant and efficient. The user interface is intuitive and offers a clear, well-structured screen that allows all tasks to be completed quickly.

Are further developments planned in other areas?
The association is currently reviewing initial ideas for further development with regard to new modules from incert:
We are in the planning phase. It is important to us that future steps are just as practical and efficient to implement as the current introduction.
