1. what is the advantage of the product/solution for your company? What problem is solved or what improvements have been achieved in the company?

We have always sold a lot of vouchers and managed them manually. By using the incert tool, we were able to double online voucher sales and massively simplify administration. This is a great advantage, especially during peak periods before Christmas.

2. how is the product/solution used in the company?

Vouchers can be purchased on site in all our hotels – and also on the websites. This is where the incert voucher system comes into play. The receptions work with the redemption function in the backend. Guests appreciate the print@home function– after all, purchases are often made at the last minute, so sending them by post would no longer be an option. With print@home, we don’t lose any voucher sales.

3. how long has it been in use and how complex was the implementation?

We have been using the incert voucher system since fall 2016 . You have to put a little more thought into the introduction, but then you have less work. It definitely pays off and the support from incert was very good.

4. in what ways does the product/solution differ from the competition?

We only contacted incert, had many preliminary discussions and had a good feeling. The price-performance ratio was right, and personal support was also important to us. So the order was placed without any complications.

5. which businesses would you recommend the ÖHV partner to?

To all colleagues who already sell vouchers and still do it themselves. Even if you are relaunching your website, a professional voucher tool is essential.
