Landtmann-style pastries, they also wanted to offer the opportunity to give away their lively meeting places. For the relaunch of their existing voucher system, they were looking for a reliable partner who shared their high standards
of quality and service.

Sustainable elegance meets pleasure
The voucher store with Print@Home vouchers and gift cards was implemented in German and English. The voucher store was implemented as a stand-alone solution to simplify tracking in particular. All 10 houses of the Querfeld family can redeem vouchers and issue them themselves. The Querfeld family attaches great importance to elegance and authenticity when selecting gift vouchers. That is why the new gift card is made from 100% recycled coffee paper, which makes it unique. Another special feature are the vouchers in portrait format, whereby voucher templates with an individual design have been created for each business.

The offsetting logic using Sepa files automates partner billing. Interfaces to Paypal and Unzer were implemented for payments. Tipos is used as the cash register interface. A BMD interface was also implemented to enable CSV export for accounting purposes.
