The Bürgenstock Resort is one of the icons of Swiss tourism. Between luxury, vision and architectural finesse, the resort also relies on digital expertise: the team has been relying on incert’s modular sales platform since 2021. Today, voucher, ticket and product store systems are in use – all from a single source. We spoke to hotel manager Dominik Stalder and asked him about his experiences with incert.

Dominik, why did you choose incert?
Our resort combines various companies, services and systems – from the hotel to the cable car and lift to the restaurant. A system must be able to map this complexity. With incert, we have found a solution that is flexible enough to represent our diversity – whether day spa, fine dining or bundles with boat and train.


How did the implementation go – from initial contact to go-live?
Very professional. Even during the planning phase, we experienced the exchange with the incert team as constructive and cooperative. Our requirements were taken seriously and feedback was integrated in a targeted manner – this made the go-live much easier.


For which areas do you use vouchers and tickets?
Especially for F&B and spa offers as well as events. We are happy to put together bundles that combine services – such as a dinner with a spa treatment. Particularly practical: transportation options such as train or boat can also be easily integrated.

Have you noticed any changes in guest behavior?
Yes, definitely. Digital solutions such as online bookings and voucher systems are much more in demand than they were a few years ago. Today’s guests want flexibility and convenience – but at the same time, personal contact remains important. For us, it’s not an either-or, but a combination of digital and personal.


Which interfaces do you use today?
The connection to systems such as Opera, TAC or Simphony was crucial for us. This allows us to reduce manual input, save time and improve data quality. At the same time, guests benefit because the entire process runs more smoothly.


How satisfied are you with the work in the system and with incert in general?
The system brings efficiency and structure to our everyday life. I would particularly like to emphasize the support – fast, competent, reliable. That gives us security, even with complex projects.


What plans do you have for the future?
We want to invest further in digital guest loyalty. Loyalty programs and tailored offers will become even more important in the future in order to offer every guest a personal experience.
