An online shop as hip as the LOISIUM Wine & Spa Hotels brand
Initial situation
The LOISIUM Wine & Spa Hotels in Southern Styria and Kamptal, as well as the LOISIUM WineWorld, are Austria's hot spots for wine lovers, gourmets and anyone looking for a very special WineSpa experience. In the past, vouchers were sold with a simple system. The individual web presence and the hip visual language could not be implemented here. In addition, vouchers were to be redeemable across operations in both hotels and in the WeinWelt or the Vinotheques & Shops, as well as in the online wine shop.
The solution
The incert Sales.Suite provides an overarching sales and administration system for both hotels and the WeinWelt. The vouchers and gift cards are thus sold via a central shop solution. Starting with the voucher creation, through the online payment to the dispatch by mail, all processes are completely automated. The online voucher store is as hip as the hotels and the website. The incert personalization feature allows the buyer to place photos or videos on the voucher in addition to personal text. LOISIUM Wine & Spa Hotels have the possibility to customize the marketing for special deals in the online store according to their needs.
Partner and interfaces
The incert vouchers can be redeemed locally in the LOISIUM hotels in Langenlois and in southern Styria, as well as in the LOISIUM WeinWelt. In the next step, the open interface of incert will be connected to the new online webshop in order to be able to redeem vouchers for purchases there. In addition, vouchers can be redeemed for hotel bookings by connecting the IBE ihotelier from TravelClick.
The demand on our communication line is clearly defined: Individual and on a personal level! We have deliberately chosen certain elements both in the visual language and in the wording. With the incert system, we can meet this demand because there are many individual possibilities.

Conclusion
A comprehensive administration system and a frontend exactly adapted to the CI of the LOISIUM brand were the requirements. Because they are easy and quick to handle, reloadable gift cards are also offered, which are used for room bookings as well as in the restaurant and spa. A redemption interface between the online booking of TravelClick and the incert administration system additionally rounds off the quick and easy handling on site.
