Subshop technology vs. individual systems (separate voucher systems)

Flexibility is required in system development, particularly in the case of several individual companies belonging to an umbrella brand or a conglomerate with a wide variety of individual legal forms. A separate invoice number range and clean statistical accounting are often essential. There are various solutions for this, which we would like to show you in today's blog post.
Solution approach 1
Setting up your own voucher system for the second operation, with identical functionalities or additional modules
For example, a product store or ticket system. This individual system would then be completely autonomous and independent (exact statistical separation) from the partner system.
A few practical examples:
- The Arcona Group operates another hotel in Germany (Hotel Elephant Weimar) with its own/separate voucher system: the prerequisites included exact statistical separation and a completely separate CI/CD.
- Other individual systems that are linked to each other include the Mondi Hotels and the Aldiana operations.
Solution approach 2
A subshop decoupling from the leading “main voucher store”.
The subshop technology provides the technical basis for the integration and tracking of the voucher system on an external site (website of the second hotel). A separate category with specially definable vouchers for the new hotel or business serves as the start page of the subshop.
The subshop decoupling option is basically designed to integrate the same store again on a second (visually different) website. This is particularly suitable if there is joint accounting and central marketing for the businesses (e.g. same limited company). The sales can thus be shown separately, as there is a separate order type “Subshop order” in the system order list.
Practical examples:
- Hotel Deimann has a voucher store from which incert has made a subshop link for the second company, Hotel Störmann.
- Vienna House Andel's Berlin has different subshop displays for its four in-house restaurants. IMPORTANT: In the background, this is a central store (same general terms and conditions, same payment contract for incoming payments, as the same operating company). If desired, everything can be set up separately.
