Long-distance relationship, quarantine or lack of time: there are many reasons why you can't or don't want to give a gift in person. With the “Digital Gift Giving” feature, incert customers have the option of giving gifts digitally.
How does “digital gifting” work with incert? After the purchase, the voucher buyer receives a link to a personalized “pick-up page”. This link is then shared with the recipient via a messenger app (Whatsapp, Signal, Telegram, etc.). The recipient can view and collect or save the voucher on the page designed for the occasion.
Image & video personalization
Gifts - now even more emotional. Individual design of the vouchers with own photos & video greetings by the buyer.
A picture is worth a thousand words - this also applies to the design of vouchers. With “image & video personalization”, incert offers voucher purchasers the opportunity to place personal images or video greetings on the voucher.
Digital vouchers & tickets
The wallet function of incert.
Vouchers or tickets in PDF format are great. And perfect for printing them out yourself at home. Unfortunately, on a smartphone they tend to sink into the depths of the phone's memory after downloading.
The solution: Incert offers the option of downloading and saving vouchers and tickets in the form of so-called .pkpass files. This means that the e-voucher or ticket and accompanying information end up directly in the mobile wallet app and are even updated there.
Lettershop connection
If a personal gift with high-quality packaging is required, a lettershop can be connected to the online store. This saves resources as the vouchers are automatically sent by post from the print shop.
There are three variants of voucher packaging that the guest can choose freely and receive in a neutral gift motif. The choice is between Basic, Premium or Exclusive. These high-quality gift voucher packages are sent to our partner print shop after the order is placed in the gift voucher store and then processed. The customer must pay the additional costs for the added value when purchasing online.
