In addition to the voucher system and the product store, Alpenresort Schwarz in Mieming also uses the incert ticket system for automated online sales of the coveted and contingent day spa admissions. This makes booking easier and creates transparency for external guests. At the same time, online sales minimize the administrative effort on site.
Vouchers, products and tickets are offered for sale centrally in the Schwarz online store.
Fast purchase processing, low administrative effort
Thanks to the integrated calendar and the clear arrangement in traffic light colors, the buyer can see at a glance whether and when tickets are still available. Two clicks and the desired ticket is already in the shopping cart for payment processing. After payment, the ticket is sent to the buyer in PDF form together with proof of purchase and terms and conditions. The ticket can be saved, printed out or stored in the mobile wallet via a pkpass file. So nothing stands in the way of an all-round perfect spa day - “Good sweat”!
Mobile & networked
Thanks to the responsive design, buying tickets on the move is child's play with any mobile device. The option already mentioned at the beginning to store tickets on a mobile wallet as a “digital ticket” is in line with the trend of increasing numbers of buyers using mobile devices.
On site, the incert eCommerce system is perfectly connected to the IT infrastructure. For example, the tickets can be validated directly via the POS terminal using an interface to the Elite POS system.
The free incert app “incertMobile” offers an additional validation option.
