In 2024, the final piece of the puzzle of this flagship project was implemented: A newly designed eCommerce process that includes experience bookings, merchandising store and the online sale of vouchers and gift cards. The cross-company service sales, supported by incert eTourismus, and the customized design adaptation are based on the website designed by valantic Austria.

The integration of numerous interfaces to Silvretta Montafon's cash register, payment and PMS systems has considerably simplified the redemption of vouchers and gift cards as well as the operational processes. The connection to Axess for tickets via API between incert and Pimcore played a decisive role, allowing you to book and redeem all offers online from a single source.

A Seamless Guest Experience

The incert ticket system enables the digital sale of combined mountain experiences. Thanks to the API link to Axess, valantic Austria's multi-shopping basket has been modernized, making it possible to book combined tickets for various service modules such as ascent and descent, catering and accommodation in a single shopping basket. Particularly noteworthy is the integrated voucher management system for the mountain railway, which offers additional convenience. With a customer account, you can conveniently manage your master data, tickets, orders, vouchers and other services.
