1. What is the advantage of the product/solution for your company? What problem is solved or what improvements have been achieved in the company?
We have always sold a lot of vouchers and managed them manually. By using the incert tool, we were able to double online voucher sales and massively simplify administration. This is a great advantage, especially during peak periods before Christmas.

2. How is the product/solution used in the company?
Vouchers can be purchased on site in all our hotels - and also on the websites. This is where the incert voucher system comes into play. The receptions work with the redemption function in the backend. Guests appreciate the print@home function - after all, purchases are often made at the last minute, so sending them by post would no longer be an option. With print@home, we don't lose any voucher sales.
5. Which businesses would you recommend the ÖHV partner to?
